Theses guys are a joke they came and Over quoted me for a basement that was only 1000 ft.² and on top of that they use cheap NGO boards nothing modern or luxury and they charge you over 80 grand. It’s ridiculous. I had a another company come in from West Hartford, Connecticut and they did everything luxury brand new bulletproof sheet rocking 27 grand finished basement marble floors, the whole nine modern New York City luxury.. these guys are a joke don’t ever get scammed by these fools basementy is horrible and thier work is like buying a yacht and getting a inflatable pool toy…

My 20 year old sub pump system started to malfunction over the weekend. I called Monday morning and had a tech at my house within an hour. We purchased our home with the system already installed and never had maintenance. The company still took accountability and had their tech come out immediately. He was able to replace the entire system within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and ability to help customers and back their products. I will not hesitate to call in the future.

If there were a zero-star rating, I would give it to this company. They installed a system in my office about two or three months ago, and since then, the basement has flooded every time it rains. Every time we called, instead of fixing the problem, they tried to sell us another product, claiming the system wasn't working properly because we hadn't purchased that additional item. You came to evaluate the job, provided your professional assessment, and we followed your recommendations. If those additional components were necessary, why weren't they included in your original quote? We had to pump water out of the elevator pit on Saturday, and today with the rainfall, the basement is flooding again. Your pump is not working. We have already spent thousands of dollars on cleanup because of this ongoing issue. I have had enough. You need to take responsibility and fix this problem immediately. If it is not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue other options. If this is for a public review (such as Google or Yelp), this version is firm and credible without making unnecessary legal threats that could detract from your message.

The salesman, Josh, did not enter the crawlspace, just looked with a flashlight and measured using house dimensions. I had CT Basements provide a quote 10-12 years earlier for the same work and the salesman entered the crawlspace in a Tvek suit, mask and goggles. That is what I would have expected from my recent quote. I had to request that he view the actual space up close before I would sign the contract. Josh then had a technician come by the next day and crawl throughout the space. I signed the contract and the work was done well. The salesperson, did minimal work and was not professional.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the salesperson’s approach left you feeling the initial visit could have been more thorough. We’re glad a technician fully assessed the space the next day and that the work was completed well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or needs.
