Prior to his role as at Connecticut Basement Systems, Chris was the owner and director of Value Fencing Johannesburg for 3 years, where he enjoyed installing and marketing products and services to customers. Chris also catered for over 150 people as part owner to a restaurant for 4 years, maintaining the kitchens and satisfying the needs of clients and staff. In addition to the retail and installation experience, Chris owned a computer business and serviced clients with network support and new computer systems for 7 years. The wide range of Chris’ skills help him better understand the needs of customers while working as a Sales Consultant at Connecticut Basement Systems.}

Chris lives in Eastchester, New York with his wife Natalie and his two children, Anastasia and Aindreas. In his free time, Chris likes cooking, fishing, technology and gadgets, and being outdoors.}

We used CT basement to finish approx, 1,000 square feet (almost doubling our home's square footage) of our basement ( 2 bedrooms, family room/playroom, and a large bathroom/laundry room) and couldn’t be happier. The renovation now allows us to have our adult children and their families stay with us comfortably. Throughout the entire process, we were impressed with the professionalism of all the employees. Our project manager, Bruce Reynolds, was “on top of everything” and was effective at communicating and solving any situations that arose. My son came down the stairs and said “This is better than I even imagined it would look.”

I am thoroughly pleased with each of the crew that handled the leaky pipe in our bathroom and replacement of the toilet bowls in our two bathrooms starting with Ron Marra who found the type and color of bowls we wanted and odered and had them delivered to our home saving me a lot of time and agravation. Julie Marra easily understood the leak problem and made all arrangements for everything that needed to be done. We were very pleased with Jim Cerasale who fixed the leak and replaced the two toilet bowls in good time. He was incredibly neat throughout working and after he was done he cleaned up the work area and removed all the debris including the two toilet bowls. Each of the crew, (Ron Marra, Juiie Marra and Jim Cerasale} were very personable and pleasant, All in all I would say AWESOME!
