Service tech was GREAT. Call experience was terrible. I always used to recommend CT Basements on FB pages and say you could use me as a reference but being told that our emergency service couldn't happen until November was unacceptable.
Left messages, sent texts, finally a man called to say that no one could come UNTIL NOVEMBER. Alarms were blaring and I knew the sump pumps were failing and I had to really demand forcefully to receive service in a timely fashion. It's one thing to take days to get back to us after a storm but to suggest November??? Insane. We've been loyal customers through two houses and for over a decade.
Immediately identified the failing sump pumps. Suggested reasonable repairs. Took care of business professionally and with great care.
