A homeowner in Seymour, CT had a crawlspace with old support posts that were not supporting the home above. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a new, permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Alex Lopez, visited the home to assess the crawlspace and propose our SmartJack solution. 

Soon after, one of our Foremen, Sergio Alves, and his crew would install this job. They installed multiple SmartJacks throughout the crawlspace to ensure maximum stability and support. They will also help level sagging floors and strengthen them. 

With these in place, the homeowner no longer needs to worry about any sagging or unstableness.

Then it would be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our Drainage Matting on top of the ground. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of that to eliminate water and moisture and prevent it from damaging the crawlspace. Then they installed our Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture in the air and prevent mold growth by lowering the relative humidity. 

Now this crawlspace is dry, clean, and musty-odor-free, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Harwinton, CT expressed the desire to improve her basement's waterproofing abilities. Reaching out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, she made contact with Sales Representative Mick Foster and scheduled a free in-home consultation.

After discussing the homeowner's issues over the phone, Foster arrived at the home to better understand the layout of the basement. Putting together a map of the space, Foster began drafting a proposal, including systems such as our WaterGuard below-floor drain and SuperSump Plus sump pump system. With the conclusion of the visit, Foster provided the proposal to the homeowner. 

Once the homeowner accepted the proposal, Foreman Chris LaBaire and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process. After a quick and efficient installation process, the basement was returned to the homeowner protected against moisture!
