After speaking with Sales Consultant Cary Benjamin and Project Manager Dan Medina, this homeowner was ready to start their Total Basement Finishing process. Our team began by installing our EverLast Walls and ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring to give this basement a brighter and more luxurious look. In addition, our team added to this basement by installing a half wall and hand railing for the entry stairwell. Now, guests can have a great first impression entering the basement. The homeowners are delighted with the appearance and eager to start spending time in their new family room/playroom.
The resident from New Haven, CT, was looking to finish their basement to use their basement as a family room/playroom for children. They chose Connecticut Basement to help them with this process. They developed a plan after speaking with Sales Consultant Cary Benjamin and Project Manager Dan Medina. Our team began by installing our EverLast Walls to prevent moisture damage and will not support mold growth. Additionally, our team upgraded the concrete flooring to our light pecan ThermalDry Elite Plank flooring to give this basement a more vibrant and comfortable look. A homeowner in New Haven had a brick foundation that was starting to bow and crumble. Instead of replacing their entire foundation, they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have a specialist come out and provide a solution that will solve this problem. Our salesmen informed the homeowner that they would need our Form and Pour system to create a new foundation wall that would stabilize the home.
Our Foreman, Sergio Alves, and Jacob Scott installed this job. They created a form in front of the problematic foundation wall. Then they poured concrete behind the form to create a new wall that will support the existing foundation. With this, the homeowner will have peace of mind knowing their foundation isn't going to collapse and they didn't have to replace their entire foundation.
A homeowner located in New Haven, CT, was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Cary Benjamin, went out to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system to solve this problem.
Shortly after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. They put in a new sump pump, our TripleSafe, to ensure any water seepage gets pumped out. They also installed our TrenchDrain at the base of the entryway to capture above-ground seepage.
Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind.
This crawl space was extremely damp and in need of major improvement! We installed our clean space liner to prevent water damage within the crawl space as well as put in our Super Sump Pump as well as a dehuidifier to prevent any further water damage.
