Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Southington, CT was experiencing issues pertaining to basement moisture. With water accumulating along the perimeter of the basement, the homeowner knew he had to make a change.

Trusting the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, the homeowner called to schedule a free in-home estimate. Upon calling, he made contact with Sales Representative Brian DiRisi. With a brief phone call and home visit completed, a formal proposal was presented to the homeowner. By installing a WaterGuard French drain system along the perimeter and a TripleSafe sump pump, the homeowner could be sure to mitigate concerns regarding his basement.

With the proposal accepted, Foreman Al Guglielmoni and his team arrived on site. Following a quick installation, the homeowner's basement was waterproofed and protected against further moisture!

Water used to seep through the wall-floor joint of this Avon, CT garage every time it rained. To fix this, we installed out WaterGuard perimeter drain. The WaterGuard System is an award-winning, patented below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. By installing the drain at this point, it's kept out of the "mud zone", the point where clogged drains are common. Before, this Avon, CT basement had an open space where the stairs connected to the Bilco door. Not only was this an eyesore, but it would let in an uncomfortable draft, welcome critters to the basement, and allow water seepage to the space.
