Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Before our waterproofing team came to this Windsor Locks basement, it was musty, damp, and flooded frequently. The homeowners were looking for the best solution for their basement so they decided to give Connecticut Basement Systems a call for their free home evaluation.

Quickly, an appointment was set for Don Godbout to inspect the situation at this Windsor Locks basement. He concluded that a WaterGuard System and CleanSpace would be a great solution for these homeowners. A WaterGuard System was installed by Sid and his production team around the perimeter of the basement which collects and channels water away from the home. This system will waterproof the basement and solve the flooding concerns. A CleanSpace Wall System is also installed in the basement because it is an effective moisture and vapor barrier, as seen as the white wall in the after picture. This means that water will not seep through the walls, keeping the basement dry and odor-free.

A homeowner in Windsor Locks, CT was looking to get an Egress window installed so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Salesmen, Don Godbout, went to the home to assess the basement and propose the best spot for our RockWell Egress window. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Sergio, and his crew to install this job. The foundation was cut into so that they could frame and put in the window. Then they would install the RockWell Egress. This will make the basement a livable space and up to code so that a bedroom could be down there. It brings in beautiful natural light and is the perfect exit in case of an emergency.

This homeowner in Rocky Hill,  CT was experiencing water issues in their crawlspace. They decided it was time to call Connecticut Basement Systems. Our Sales Consultant Don Godbout went out to the home to estimate their issues. Then our foreman Marcial Lopez and his crew went to install our products. Our CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation was installed. This will help protect and prevent any water vapor and moisture from coming into the space. Now the homeowner is happy that their crawlspace is moisture free!

A homeowner in Rocky Hill was getting water seepage in their basement and called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us solve their basement problems. One of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to assess the issues and provide a solution. 

Then it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Joe Schech, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system to collect water coming in from the walls and floors. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump, which will take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance so it has no way of traveling back into the home. With these two systems, this basement will stay dry and the homeowner never needs to worry about water in their basement. 

A homeowner in Rocky Hill, CT had an attic with old fiberglass insulation. They called us at Dr. Energy Saver of CT to get an estimate for new insulation that would keep their home energy efficient. One of our Salesmen, Keith Saunders, went to the home to assess the attic and propose a new, permanent solution. 

Soon after, one of our Foremen, Rudy Abel, and his crew installed new insulation. They removed the old insulation and then blew in our TruSoft cellulose insulation throughout the attic. This will now ensure that no air escapes the home, and the temperatures are regulated throughout the year.
