We sent out our salesman, James Stablein, to the house to assess the basement and propose our full perimeter waterproofing system.
Shortly after, it was time for one of our foremen, Al, and his crew to install the job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to collect the water and safely pump it out of the home through proper discharge lines.

The crew installed 6 throughout the basement to stabilize and support the entire floor above. These galvanized steel jacks gest tightened to a specific pressure to ensure stability. They can also be tightened over time if need be. Now the floors are level and the house is stabilized from below!
Homeowners in this South Windsor, CT home wanted to update their basement. To the floors, paint, and walls, this basement needed a makeover that allowed owners to utilize the space in their home.
Our team installed Thermaldry flooring and replaced the walls in this basement with mold-proof Everlast Walls. This Wall Panel system is made from 2 1/2 inch thick rigid foam insulation with 1/2 inch thick cement board cladding. Also, we reinstalled the pictured cabinets, shelves, and counter.
