Just wanted to call to give you a compliment the last 2 people you had at the house were extremely professional. It’s always good to have people like that around. Daniel today serviced our SaniDry and just wanted to give him a compliment. 

I am extremely satisfied with everything that happened, start to finish. I felt my initial consultation from you was informative, honest and efficient. In the interim, I thought the communication from your company to me in terms of the steps I needed to take for prep and install was exceptional and as a result I was fully prepared (probably overly so) for the crew to come in and do their work. And finally, yesterday's install. I wouldn't have believed that they finished it in one day unless I saw it with my own eyes. The quality of their work was fantastic, so it seems so far at least after 12 hours, and they were extremely friendly when I bugged them with questions. Even as they were leaving well past 7pm, they even were courteous enough to sweep and clean the basement steps on their way out. Small details like that speak volumes in terms of the quality of work and care that was taken on the big stuff.   For what can be - I'm sure- a usually stressful situation for both you guys and the homeowner based on the labor and cost involved, I thought CT Basement Systems handled it with empathy and beyond professionally.   Based on my experience, I will absolutely recommend you to anyone, and will absolutely use you again if any further upgrades or repairs are necessary.
