I had one foot of water in my basement after every 4-5" rain fall. I no longer have any water - nor is my slab creating condensation even after the hardest rainfalls! I didn't go from a little problem to a better fix, I went from a major problem to a completely dry basement. Everyone from Mr. Rainer Finke our salesman and Mr. Janesky for caring enough to make a system with such a backup - he had the answer to my problem. We had a sump pump with a bilge pump backup, but when the bilge needed repair, before my son got it back in and working I was flooded 3 times - other times before that too! I kept an intercom next to my bed so I could hear that sump go on - that was terrible!! HA-not anymore!!!

I had a great salesman come here and before that they sent me a book and product brochures and information on my saleman. I am a very happy customer.

Tony Dilonardo, from service, came to install a battery backup pump. Tony is all ACES. He took time to explain to me everything he was going to do and he showed me how it was done. He really helped me understand the workings of both pumps. I really appreaciated him taking the time. I would only want Tony to come and service my pump if that is possible. Your crew arrived here on schedule to install the system, and they finished the job well within the estimated time. I salute the crew as masters at their work. For the first time in eighteen years in this house, the basement was dry. I'm sure that this is no surprise to you, but it sure gave me a good feeling and makes me regret that I didn't have this done years ago. The Service & Production Department was quick to re-schedule our planned installation date from the originally set time when I called with a conflict. You may recall that we are involved in a number of major home repair projects as I write this letter, and I wish my other contractors had gone to your school on how to conduct business. Our experience with CT Basement Systems from the start was very comfortable. The sales rep, Mr. Gibson, made us feel at ease with our decision. In no way did he apply pressure to get the contract. His presentation was excellent, and he showed us each step of the way on his computer. As for your workers, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard. They finished the job in one day, as stated. They cleaned up everything when they were finished, and before they left, explained everything to us. We are very satisfied with the job CT Basement performed. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very professional and polite. I thought the price we paid for this job was very fair. Just wanted to write and let you know what a great job Tony DiLonardo did at my house today checking my systems, swapping out some pipe and replacing a check valve. Tony was patient in hearing my concerns and there was no sales pressure, just the presentation of a confident technician that clearly had my best interests in mind. I feel my home is ready to handle any excess water that may come with the next winter and spring season rains. As a person who runs his own business, I know that we often hear considerably more negative comments than positive.
