I inherited a CT Basement sub-pump when I moved into my home, in 2011. The service I've received from CT Basement Systems ever since has been fantastic, including my regular maintenance check up performed today (11/22/19) by Justin Jaffer. The team shows up on time; assesses my system honestly. Twice before I've been advised to upgrade; each time, the service technician was right. But they don't harp or harass you into buying extra services or replacement units: like Justin did today, the techs show you the issue, explain the solution, price it out, and leave you to decide. I appreciate CT Basement System's expertise and honesty.

I met John Landry when he came to perform annual maintenance on our sump pump. John is extremely conscientious, polite, personable and a true professional. He is an asset to CT Basement Systems! John re-sealed our window well covers as well as cleaned debris that had made its way in the well. He payed close attention to every single detail of correcting the problem that we experienced. Outstanding! Extremely neat. Everything was cleaned up and left just as the area was found.

I want to thank Bruce Toth, the Service Tech! He did an awesome job! He was on time, he explained everything he was going to do. He even gave me a tutorial on how the system works, and he answered all my questions! Bruce is a real professional!

Amazing. I love the result--beautiful work. Eamon Carty, the project manager was a joy to work with--knowledgable, kind, went out of his way to make sure things happened smoothly and the job was done right. Kudos also to Sheldon, the foreman, Mike the electrician, and Todd who handled the plumbing.

I will request Ailton in the future. He did a really good job, I appreciate his hardwork.
